Na letošnjem festivalu Jazz Cerkno smo izvedli novo rezidenco za glasbenike, ki jo sedaj zaokrožamo z diskografsko izdajo. Album Jezen času kamna je prvenec zasedbe Bop en Bras, prve udeleženke rezidenčnega programa Jazz inkubator. Kvartet Bop en Bras je mednarodni projekt Urbana Kušarja, bobnarja in tolkalca mlajše generacije. Njihov glasbeni izraz se giblje na presečišču novega jazza in etna s številnimi glasbenimi in geografskimi vplivi. Po večdnevni rezidenci v Cerknem, na kateri so glasbeniki iz zasedbe pripravljali skladbe za predstavitveni koncert, so 19. maja izvedli koncert v cerkljanski glasbeni šoli. S tega nastopa so na album uvrščeni štirje posnetki, na dodatnem studijskem snemanju v klubu Štala v Lokavcu pa so posneli še štiri skladbe. Na tem snemanju je Jure Boršič nadomestil saksofonista Andreja Thompsona. Slednji je tudi avtor ene skladbe, medtem ko je vse ostale, z izjemo predelave skladbe slovitega pianista Mala Waldrona, spisal Urban Kušar.

At this year's Jazz Cerkno festival, we held a new residency for musicians, which we are now rounding off with a discography release. The album Jezen času kamna is the debut of the band Bop en Bras, the first participants of the residency program Jazz incubator. Quartet Bop en Bras is a new international project under the leadership of Urban Kušar, a drummer and percussionist of the younger generation. Their music expression lies at the intersection of new jazz and ethnic music with many musical and geographical influences. After a several-day residency in Cerkno, during which the musicians prepared compositions for the presentation concert, they performed a concert at the Cerkno music school on May 19. Four recordings from this performance were included on the album, and four more tracks were recorded at the additional studio recording in the Štala club in Lokavec. On studio recording Jure Boršič replaced saxophonist Andrej Thompson. The latter is also the author of one composition, while all the others, with the exception of the cover of a composition by the famous pianist Mal Waldron, were written by Urban Kušar.
